After working in marketing and PR environments for 21 years, I felt that my writing talents, combined with my psychology expertise, could be better utilised by establishing myself as a freelance writer. In November 1999, after giving birth to my fourth child, I began working from home, undertaking a wide variety of commercial projects for a broad spectrum of audiences and helping to maximise the potential of many companies and media outlets.
In addition to commercial copy, I have contributed articles, features and columns to hundreds of magazines, books, newsletters, newspapers and ezines and have participated in numerous TV and radio programmes. I particularly enjoy writing humorous articles about life.
I am also the creator of several other websites : Mothers Over 40, an inspirational and encouraging site for older parents; Child Suicide, a supportive resource for depressed youngsters and families who have lost a child to suicide, Chasing Death, my book's promotional website, FabFinance.com™ and MortgageSaverCenter.com, two American-biased resources aimed at finding the best financial resources and information for the general public, MortgageSaverCentre.com, the British sister site of MortgageSaverCenter.com, RealtyRendezvous.com, PropertyPassion.com and ForexForte.com.
